n response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Hotel Cavour has implemented procedures and precautions concerning health and safety, based on the guidance we have received from World Health Organization and our local Government
Protocol:
Our Staff
- Our staff members has been trained to manage the service safely
- Temperature checks will be taken daily before entering the building
- All staff will be required to stay at home in case of Covid-19 symptoms
- For your safety our staff member wear face mask, follow a policy of no physical contact and maintain social distancing, wherever possible
Our Guests
- We check the temperature of our guests before allowing them to enter the hotel
- It’s mandatory to wear the face mask not because we don’t want to see your smile but it’s for your safety and everybody’s safety
Hotel
- The rooms are throughly cleaned and sanitized with hydrogen peroxide and / or other products of proven effectiveness before each check-in
- We have removed non-essential items to minimize any contamination risk
- Extra pillows or blankets are on request only and will be delivered in your rooms safely packaged
- Hand sanitizer are available at the front desk, lifts entrance, breakfast room, restaurant, toilet and at every floor
- Rooms has been sanitized before your arrival. As per Covid-19 protocol, from that moment, for your safety and everyone’s safety, our staff members cannot enter your room (with a few rare exceptions). For this reason, housekeeping is available on request only. please inform us if you want housekeeping service all days or not
- Bed linen and towels are washed and treated in order to avoid any risk of contamination
- Enhanced cleaning programme in public areas with an increased frequency in disinfection of high touch areas
Restaurant
- The restaurant is open from 7 pm till 11 pm
- We have set the tables in order to respect the social distancing measures
Fitness & relax area
- The gym is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with hydrogen peroxide and / or other products of proven effectiveness
- Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance of the Fitness & relax area
- Gym equipment will be disinfected between each guest’s use
- For your safety and everybody’s safety the access is limited to one person
- Gym access: free (60 min. maximum)
- Relax area : € 50,00 (150 min. maximum)
Access only upon the presentation of a Covid Green pass
As per the local government :
- it’s mandatory to stay at home if your temperature is 37,5 or higher
- it’s mandatory to stay at home if you have been in contact with people tested Covid-19 positive in the previous 14 days
- during your stay, it’s mandatory to inform immediately the hotel manager if you show Covid-19 symptoms ( temperature 37, 5 or higher, cough, etc)
- if during your stay you feel unwell or you have Covid-19 symptoms you are requested to seek medical attention and we are obliged to call competent authorities (ATS)
- you have to be aware that you cannot stay in the hotel if the person you share the room with shows Covid-19 symptoms
- it’s mandatory to respect hygienic protocol, social distancing measures and correct behavior for your safety and our staff safety
From February 7th to access the accommodation facilities it will be necessary to be vaccinated against covid-19, with one of the following vaccines: Johnson & Johnson, Astra Zeneca, Pfizer and Moderna with a full course for no more than 6 months or be recovered from Sars-CoV-2 infection for no more than 6 months.
If you are vaccinated for more than 6 months, a negative Covid -19 test is required ( PCR test 72 hours of validity or Antigen test 24 hours of validity)
A negative Covid-19 test is also required if you are vaccinated with vaccines not authorized in Italy.
In case you are vaccinated with a full course and you are recovered from Sars-CoV-2 infection for more than 6 months you do not need a negative Covid -19 test.
In event that the certifications are drawn up in a different language other than Italian or English or French or German or Spanish they must be accompanied by a certified translation.
The Super green pass is not required for children under the age of 12.
